The GSA OASIS+ Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) is a government-wide contract meeting federal agencies’ mission needs for a full range of requirements. It is for professional and other than professional services – including service contract labor standards covered services. OASIS+ has been designated as a Best-Class (BIC) contract by the Office of Management and Budget, making it a preferred government acquisition solution. Key BIC criteria include demonstrated use of category and performance management strategies and third-party validation.
